Dixy Group has invited regular customers to join the newly launched Dixy Friends Club loyalty program. The new scheme can be accessed via the mobile application and offers several privileges to customers.

• 5% discount on the first purchase with the card.
• Discounts on promotional products for loyalty club members in Dixy stores.
• Personalized recommendations with a special price tag based on prior purchase preferences.
• 20% discount on the selected favourite products.

All Friends Club members will be incentivized to make repeat trips, and based on frequency will receive extra perks. ‘Best Friend’ status can be achieved by visiting the store 12 times a month. This will allow the customer to select up to three favourite products, six personalized recommendations and an opportunity to receive 100% discount on shopping for a month. Dixy says it is working on alternative ways of allowing discounts for those shoppers unable to use the app for whatever reason.
