The Spanish cooperative Eroski has kicked off its Strategic Plan 21-24 with key organizational changes. Rosa Carabel, director of the commercial network during the last strategic period, will become CEO of the business, reporting directly to the group's presidency led by Agustín Markaide. The revised structure includes the creation of a corporate directorate, also reporting to the company’s presidency. The board of directors has also been expanded with the integration of four members across varied directorates: operations director, director of innovation, digital transformation & information and communication technologies, economic-financial director, and director of development.
